20 mph residentials on BBC Breakfast – June 29th

Debate on 20 mph speed limits as the default for residential roads on BBC Breakfast at 6:40 and 7:40 in the morning. Interviews will include Dr Nick Foreman who recently wrote an article for the British Medical Journal on his personal experiences of a 20mph collision and the Association of British Drivers.
