Is anyone who lives in these wards able to get along and make the case for a default 20mph limit on residential streets in the area? You will need to put a question in advance,

As you will recall the Lib Dem council have supposedly passed responsibility for implementing 20mph zones down to the community assemblies, although people who attended the Northern Assembly tell us that the councillors there hadn’t heard the news!
